Charter terms.

These terms apply to every charter aboard MV Orca Laut. Paying a deposit means you have read and accepted them. Questions before you book? Email info@orcalautsurf.com.

1. 01

   Any form of payment or part payment for the charter of MV Orca Laut constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated here.

2. 02

   A non-refundable deposit of 500 Australian dollars per person is due at the time of booking. It can be transferred to a third party for the same charter only.

3. 03

   A booking is not secured until the deposit has been received. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

4. 04

   Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to departure and is non-refundable. It can be transferred to a third party for the same charter only.

5. 05

   While all care and safety measures are taken by the owners and staff of MV Orca Laut, once boarding the vessel all passengers and clients agree that in no way are the owners, operators, employees and agents liable for any consequential damages.

6. 06

   A travel insurance policy that includes a medical evacuation clause is mandatory for travel aboard MV Orca Laut. The owners and operators assume no liability to take out insurance for their passengers.

7. 07

   MV Orca Laut assumes no liability for personal injury of any kind, property damage or theft (travelling to and from the boat), delays due to weather, mechanical trouble, strikes, airline arrival or departure times, civil disturbances, acts of God or any other event we are unable to control.

8. 08

   We do not accept responsibility for the loss or late arrival of surfboards, surfboard bags or luggage.

9. 09

   Prohibited substances are not tolerated aboard MV Orca Laut. Passengers do so at their own risk.

10. 10

    The captain reserves the right to remove any passenger from MV Orca Laut who endangers the wellbeing and safety of the vessel, its passengers or crew, in accordance with maritime law.
